Had some very strange interactions today, but am still alive. Very strongly considering buying more guns. Guess that’s what happens when you have 5 items for sale on your local buy sell page.

A gun is absokutely the most dangerous thing you can buy on CL. Don’t buy your first gun on CL. You want one with you already.

Is it even legal to be selling guns on craigslist? Don’t you need a license?

If you’re not selling them commercially, then it depends on your state. In AZ private sales are legal, so as long as you’re just making the occasional sale you don’t need a license and it is up to you to determine if the buyer is legally able to buy the gun.

I’m selling an assortment of random golf clubs. I got an email asking for more pictures so they could assess what they could do with them. ooooookay, I sent more pics and got “yeah, not coming up with any ideas”

Sounds like a fairly good reason. Good on you for being responsible.

One of the people who came to pick up some tires said something along the lines of “I’m on my way, picking up my kids. They go to McKay.” I’m thinking wtf is wrong with you. #1 telling some randy you’ve never met where your kids go, and #2 bringing them to a Craigslist deal!
